Parallel Worlds

Some scores have to make a place feel not quite of this earth. This door opens onto the strange and the vast — cold shimmer, slow pulse, the uncanny quiet of somewhere that runs on different physics. We wrote these pieces for worlds laid over our own: augmented realities, night skies performing, platforms far out at sea.

The trick with the otherworldly is to keep one human heartbeat inside it. Every excerpt here holds that heartbeat, so the visitor crosses over without ever feeling lost.
